Our Story
We are Alison and Seth, and we live in Parkersburg, West Virginia, where we are raising our two boys. Like many families in the Mid Ohio Valley, we believe in hard work, strong communities, and keeping local dollars local.
We created The Lawns App after seeing a simple problem in our own community. People needed help with everyday jobs, and local workers were ready to work, but there was no easy way to connect them.
We believed there had to be a better way. So we built The Lawns App, a simple local marketplace where neighbors can connect, post jobs, agree on a price, and get work done safely and securely. From lawn care and yard cleanup to pool cleaning, hauling, and odd jobs, The Lawns App makes it easy to find help when you need it and find work when you want it.
Our goal is simple.Keep jobs local.Keep dollars local.Strengthen our community.
We are proud to be launching first right here in the Mid Ohio Valley, because this is home.
